Abstract

La Revista Española de Financiación y Contabilidad (REFC) fue creada en 1972 por iniciativa del Departamento de Contabilidad de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; AECA se hizo cargo de la revista en 1985 y, a partir de la década de los 90 se adoptaron prácticas internacionales que afectaron al Consejo Editorial y a la evaluación de los manuscritos recibidos. Con motivo del Congreso EAA 2003 de Sevilla, el nº 115 de la REFC fue íntegramente publicado en inglés y complementado su nombre con el de Spanish Journal of Finance and Accounting (REFC/SJFA); en 2007 obtuvo el reconocimiento de la Fundación Española de Ciencia y Tecnología (FECYT) y, en 2008, el de la Web of Science -Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), con mención en 2010 en el Journal of Citation Report (JCR); también en Scopus en 2010. El proceso de internacionalización emprendido se incentiva con la publicación de la revista por Routledge, a partir de 2014, lo cual supuso un significativo incremento de los manuscritos llegados a la misma, de su amplia difusión en los medios internacionales y de la utilización regular y sistemática de instrumentos de medición de la calidad de la revista. Se hace referencia a los estudios bibliométricos sobre la REFC/SJFA y a las Jornadas, Simposios y Congresos que promueve o en los que participa.

Bibliometric impact. Analysis of the contribution and dissemination channel

The work has been published in the journal De Computis due to its progression and the good impact it has achieved in recent years, according to the agency Dialnet (Dialnet Métricas). In the year of publication of the work, 2022, thus managing to position itself as a Q1 (Primer Cuartil).
