I obtained the extraordinary award in the MSc and PhD degrees from the University of Barcelona and have 12 years of postdoctoral experience. I have delivered 53 talks at international conferences and world renewed research centers, being 33 of those invited talks and seminars. I am also referee of journals such as Nature Phys. (2), Nature Electr. (1), Science Adv. (1), Newton (1), Nature Comm. (11), Phys. Rev. Lett. (20), Adv. Materials (2), Phys. Rev. B (18), Phys. Rev. Appl. (9), or Appl. Phys. Lett. (6) with a total of 85 verified reviews (Publons), and obtained the Top Peer Review Award in Physics (2018; top 1%) and the IOP Trusted Reviewer distinction (2020). I am also reviewer of the Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI, Spain), the French National Research Agency (ANR), and the Agencia de Calidad del Sistema Universitario Vasco (Unibasq), Section Editorial Board Member of the journal Nanomaterials, guest editor of Nanomaterials, Nanofacturing, Frontiers of Physics, and participated as co-chair in one of the symposiums in the JEMS conference (2023).

I am the supervisor of 3 ongoing PhD thesis and 1 postdoctoral researcher, have supervised 3 MSc thesis, 1 MSc project, 4 BSc projects, 2 summer internships, and 3 exchange students, and supervised the work of 4 PhD students and 3 postdocs. I am the holder of 7 projects as PI (~1.14M€, 2 finished; +declined RyC fellowship being ranked 1st in Materials Science, call 2020), have participated in other 10 national and international R+D projects, have signed 31 papers having a leading or supervision role, and obtained the R3 research distinction (2023). I have participated in teaching activities of 9 academic courses in 4 different Universities and realized 20 research stays of 1 week or more in internationally renewed research centers or Universities, including 11 synchrotron beamtime experiments and 1 stay of 3 months at the New York University.
