Resumen

This dissertation presents a series of studies related to the current legal concept of public property, public property of public use, public goods of public use or public things of public use. The period of primary interest for this dissertation is the first phase of the Roman monarchy corresponding to a period of latin-sabine nature. In the first Roman urban experience the common goods of collective use present a series of characters that largely have been received directly by the subsequent Roman legal regulation who, adapting and consecrating them, will construct the category res publicae in publico usu. For its part, the current legal regulation of the public goods of public use of many European nations is based indirectly, through of the res publicae in publico usu, from the notes generated in the first Roman state experience, without forgetting that its most direct foundation can be found in the content of the Roman technical voice «res publicae».
