Resumen

VOM can be a very useful instrument in the field of corporate crime, whether in relation to corporate criminal liability or, as we will focus on here, in cases where the injured party is a legal person. After reviewing the brief regulation of adult VOM and the frictions generated depending on whether it is understood as a mere ADR process or as a vehicle to truly meet the requirements of a restorative paradigm of Justice, we will analyze the possibility of a legal person participating as a victim in a restorative VOM.
