Resumen

Trabajo Fin de Grado. Curso Académico 2023-2024. Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (General); This work aims to present and promote asset- backed securitization (ABS) as an alternative financing method compared to conventional sources of both own and external resources. Although its utilization in Spain is limited, it has proven successful in other countries, particularly in the Anglo-Saxon world. To achieve this, an analysis of a case study featuring ALGECO CONSTRUCCIONES MODULARES SA., a leading company in the Spanish modular construction sector, will be conducted. The modular sector and its business model will be examined in detail, with special emphasis on the factors driving its growth. Additionally, an attractive business opportunity will be explored, offering not only high returns but also addressing an emerging issue in the Comunidad de Madrid. Finally, a securitization-based financing structure enabling high returns and representing a significant investment opportunity will be described. All of this will be supported by legal frameworks and interviews with industry experts to ensure information reliability (Summary)
