Theoretical physicist (h-index 17). I work on the fields of electronic transport in mesoscopic systems, superconductivity, and their applications for developing quantum technologies. My work balances method development, application design, and collaboration with experimental groups. I am successful at obtaining funding (European MSC, Japanese JSPS Fellowships) and experienced in mentoring PhD and MSc students. Currently, I am a Junior Group Leader at the Autonomous University of Madrid within the framework of the Talent Attraction Programme of the Community of Madrid. Beyond my research activities, I am committed to science education and mentoring future scientists. I accumulate almost 300 hours of teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. I have mentored one doctoral, two masters, and two bachelor's students and currently supervise one master's and one bachelor’s student.
