Abstract

A lo largo de la última década, se han generado grandes cambios en el sector empresarial ante la irrupción de la economía de las plataformas. Gigantes del comercio electrónico y modelos de negocio basados en aplicaciones se han convertido en espacios fundamentales de la actividad económica contemporánea, pues facilitan el consumo en términos de conveniencia, inmediatez y disponibilidad. Sin embargo, estas nuevas formas de organización de los servicios, extraordinariamente cómodas para el consumidor, tienen unos efectos controvertidos en la organización del trabajo. En este artículo, se realizará una reflexión crítica en torno a los nuevos trabajos emergentes en el sector de la economía de plataformas, en la que se enfatizará, sobre todo, la importancia del imaginario del consumo como motor decisivo de estos cambios en el empleo.

From the perspective of influence or social adoption, and based on metrics associated with mentions and interactions provided by agencies specializing in calculating the so-called "Alternative or Social Metrics," we can highlight as of 2025-06-13:
