Abstract

Introducción La electroencefalografía integrada por amplitud (aEEG) es una herramienta utilizada en la neuromonitorización del neonato crítico. En el paciente con asfixia perinatal, su interpretación es clave para identificar a los candidatos a hipotermia terapéutica, detectar crisis subclínicas y aportar información pronóstica. Nuestro objetivo fue analizar la concordancia en la interpretación del aEEG entre neonatólogos con distinto nivel de experiencia.
