Contextual narrative

EcoGentium (https://www.ecogentium.es/) es un proyecto de investigación en Derecho coordinado entre la UAM y la UC3M, dedicado a repensar los sistemas jurídicos ante los desafíos de la crisis ecológica. Este sitio web tiene como propósito respaldar el subproyecto de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar, el proyecto general investiga la redefinición de los derechos humanos y la gobernanza ambiental internacional. Cuestiona el paradigma antropocéntrico y propone nuevos sujetos jurídicos, como ecosistemas y generaciones futuras. Con una crítica al liberalismo jurídico, impulsa marcos teóricos y propuestas institucionales que integren la interdependencia ecológica y las desigualdades socioambientales.
