Abstract

La cuestura es quizá la menos estudiada de las magistraturas. Relegado al ámbito de los magistrados menores, su papel ha sido tradicionalmente pasado por alto a favor de otros puestos más interesantes como el pretor o el tribuno de la plebe. A pesar de ello, el cuestor resulta sumamente interesante, no solo por la prolongada existencia a lo largo del tiempo (desde la Monarquía hasta el Principado), sino también por la gran variedad de competencias que fueron adquiriendo durante todo este periodo, llegando a ocupar múltiples responsabilidades en diferentes niveles territoriales. Su incierto origen, el aumento de sus tareas y su eventual desaparición ocupan el contenido de la presente investigación.

Bibliometric impact. Analysis of the contribution and dissemination channel

The work has been published in the journal Ridrom. Revista Internacional De Derecho Romano due to its progression and the good impact it has achieved in recent years, according to the agency Dialnet (Dialnet Métricas). In the year of publication of the work, 2024 there are still no calculated indicators, but in 2023, thus managing to position itself as a Q1 (Primer Cuartil).

Notably, the journal is positioned classified as C in other national agencies such as CIRC, classified as B by the agency AGUAR.

Impact and social visibility

It is essential to present evidence supporting full alignment with institutional principles and guidelines on Open Science and the Conservation and Dissemination of Intellectual Heritage. A clear example of this is:

  • The work has been submitted to a journal whose editorial policy allows open Open Access publication.
Continuing with the social impact of the work, it is important to emphasize that, due to its content, it can be assigned to the area of interest of ODS 16 - Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels, with a probability of 51% according to the mBERT algorithm developed by Aurora University.
