Abstract

Fundamentos: En España, solo en 2019 se produjeron un total de 95.149 interrupciones voluntarias de embarazo (IVE), el 90% a petición de la mujer, de las cuales un 53% tenían al menos un hijo. Situación que resalta la importancia de la planificación familiar posparto (PFP) y la labor de los profesionales que se encargan de su promoción.
